I love Summer. Here's a bit of what I've been up to so far!
I planted a container garden! No harvest yet, but I do have three large tomatoes growing! I planted cilantro, jalapenos, cucumber and tomatoes.
Strawberry-Rhubarb crumble. Yummy! Here's a shot before and after I put the crumble on it. It was so pretty, and probably one of my favorites so far!
Time on the lake with the fam! Tiff, Heidi and I are very serious before our first tube run of the day.

My traditional Eastern Washington "Fruit Stand Pie." Made from whatever I think looks good at the local stands. This one has strawberries, raspberries and cherries! Yum. Also, I used crescent roll dough as the top crust. (I was feeling lazy). Turned out great!
Nick and I at the Demolition Derby! Waterville, WA sure knows how to throw a party! And put on some great fireworks.
